Run the Secure2Print Agent on the Windows computer connected to your shop printer. It receives approved Secure2Print jobs and sends them directly to the selected printer.

Run and connect your shop

  1. 1. Download the installer Run it on the Windows PC that is connected to the printer you use for Secure2Print orders.
  2. 2. Install and launch The installer adds a desktop shortcut and a Start Menu entry, so you can open the agent from either one later.
  3. 3. Sign in with your shop account Choose your connected printer when asked. The agent connects to Secure2Print and shows an Online badge.
  4. 4. Keep the agent running Leave it running while your shop accepts and prints Secure2Print orders.

Updates happen automatically

Once installed, the agent checks this page for a newer version every hour. When one is available it downloads in the background and asks you to restart, so you never have to come back here for updates. You can also check manually from the agent dashboard at any time.

Why the agent is required

The agent provides the direct-print step. It handles the temporary print file locally, sends the job to the printer, and removes its temporary copy after the print attempt. It does not add a document preview or browser download control to the shop dashboard.
